Cancellation and Returns Policy

At Feel Classics, we strive to ensure every book you receive is of the highest quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • In its original condition, unused, and free from damage not caused during delivery.
    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Returns are not applicable for:
    • Gift cards or e-books/digital downloads.
    • Books purchased during clearance sales (unless defective or damaged).

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, and you will be contacted to provide your account details.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, misprinted, or damaged during delivery.

Cancellations

  • We do not offer order cancellations. Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders can only be returned or exchanged
