At Feel Classics, we strive to ensure every book you receive is of the highest quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition, unused, and free from damage not caused during delivery.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Returns are not applicable for:
- Gift cards or e-books/digital downloads.
- Books purchased during clearance sales (unless defective or damaged).
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, and you will be contacted to provide your account details.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective, misprinted, or damaged during delivery.

Cancellations
- We do not offer order cancellations. Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders can only be returned or exchanged
